examples of different set-ups:
There are several ways to set this practice up, including different options for back support, and different options for your legs & feet. Feel free to mix-and-match, or to invent other set-ups! When laying down on your support, there’s the possibility of keeping your hips on the ground while allowing the blankets/bolster/pillows to fill the length of your back, including your lower back. To do this, it can be helpful to sit as close as you can to your supports (seated on the floor still) before laying back. Feel free to try other options as well!
